Beginning in March 2019, the association keeps an office with employees in part-time.
In the beginning, Flussbad only worked with volunteers. In summer 2014, a first employee could be engaged working for the association. With the increasing challenges and due to the funding by the programme "National Urban Development Projects" an office with eight employees has been installed. Since March 2019, we had to reduce our work and continue working part time on the association's goals to realise the project Flussbad Berlin.
